The Prime Minister reviews the proposal submitted by Magnum Real Estate Company to establish the Forbes International Tower in the New Administrative Capital

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today; To review the proposal submitted by Magnum Real Estate Company to establish the Forbes International Tower in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation, Dr. Mohamed Maait, Minister of Finance, Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and Lieutenant General Mohamed Abbas. Helmy, Minister of Civil Aviation, Engineer Khaled Abbas, President of the New Administrative Capital Company, Major General Hisham Al-Suwaifi, Assistant Advisor to the President of the Republic for Urban Planning, Major General Mohamed Fahmy, Representative of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and Dr. Walid Abbas, Vice President of the Communities Authority. Al-Omraniya, supervisor of the Minister’s Office, Major General Mohamed Hassan, Deputy Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority, Mr. Rami Youssef, Assistant Minister of Finance, Mrs. Rasha Abdel-Al, Head of the Tax Authority, Dr. Abdel Khaleq Ibrahim, Assistant Minister of Housing for Technical Affairs, and Brigadier General/ Muhammad Jamal Sultan, representative of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and Mrs. Ghadeer Hegazy, Assistant Minister of International Cooperation.

Counselor Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, stated that the meeting reviewed the proposal submitted by the “Magnum” real estate company to implement the Forbes International Tower project in the New Administrative Capital, in cooperation with the “Forbes” international company, as the volume of direct investments in the project is scheduled to reach… To about one billion dollars, this project comes as one of the best international designs that will add a distinctive architectural imprint that achieves the future vision of the Egyptian state through the New Administrative Capital by constructing a 250-meter-high building that preserves the environment and reduces carbon emissions, which is in line with the recommendations of the climate conference.” COP-27”, under which Egypt commits to implementing a set of strategies for adapting to climate change and mitigating its effects.
The official spokesman added: “Forbes International Tower” is proposed to be one of the most attractive administrative and commercial towers, thanks to its architecture, unique office experience, and a distinguished set of commercial privileges, as the tower’s design is based primarily on the user’s experience with building technology. Smart, modern, seamlessly integrated for a flexible work environment, in addition to being a destination of sophistication and luxury.
It was noted during the meeting that the design of the tower project is led by one of the most famous and reputable international architectural consulting firms in the world, known for creating magnificent landmarks all over the world, which are known as symbols of the identity of cities.
The global Forbes Tower project aims to set a completely new standard for environmentally responsive architecture with the overall goal of achieving “net zero carbon emissions.” The tower therefore intends to play a vital role in reducing both the embodied and operational carbon of the tower. The tower’s strategy is also aligned with The 2030 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations.
During the meeting, a number of facilities requested by the company executing the tower were discussed, which would contribute to the speed of its implementation and its operation with various activities that serve the national economy.
