Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that the activities of the manual public draw for the fourth offering for the allocation of residential plots in Sadat City have been completed for the third day among 9,860 citizens, within the lands offered in the “Maskan” program, and previously announced in 15 new cities on the land axes (the most distinguished – the distinguished – the average), on the website of the New Urban Communities Authority during the period from 4/1/2024: 5/30/2024.
In this context, Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that the public draw was held for land plots in the medium lands axis, with 60 plots of land on the third day of Sadat City, for which 9,860 citizens applied and paid the reservation deposit.
El-Shorbagy pointed out that the draw procedures went through with ease and transparency, and the procedures were broadcast live on the authority’s website to achieve the principle of transparency, adding that the public draw will be held for the lands of New Minya City today, Monday 5/8/2024, and the lands of New Assiut City tomorrow, Tuesday 6/8/2024.
The Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs indicated that the draw will be held among applicants for the distinguished housing lands axis for the new West Assiut City tomorrow, Tuesday, August 6, and the lands of the cities (New Borg El Arab – New Mallawi – New Fashn – New Akhmim) on Wednesday, August 7.
Al-Shorbagy added that the draw will be held among the applicants for the most distinguished housing lands axis for the cities of (15 May – Shorouk – 6 October – 10th of Ramadan), on Wednesday, August 7. It is worth noting that the rest of the public draw sessions will be held on the specified days at the headquarters of the covered hall at Cairo International Stadium, Hall No. 1, and those wishing to attend the public draw must be present on the specified date to register attendance, and only those who have reserved will be allowed to attend the public draw, based on proof of payment of the reservation deposit.
