Cairo Bank announced the launch of the Tharwa ELECT chip with the aim of providing a unique and distinctive banking experience for major customers to suit their investment goals by providing the highest levels of banking expertise and a set of financial and non-financial solutions designed exclusively to meet their needs and grow their financial portfolios.
Tarek Fayed, Chairman and CEO of Cairo Bank, said that the launch of the Tharwa ELECT chip for major customers comes within the framework of an integrated strategy and an ambitious business plan aimed at expanding the provision of a diverse range of competitive banking products and services that meet the needs of different customer segments.

Tharwa ELECT customers receive a group of exclusive products, most notably a current account with a daily ascending return paid daily in Egyptian pounds or US dollars, a Mega Savings Account with a competitive interest rate and free insurance coverage, a World Elite credit card with a limit of up to one million Egyptian pounds, and a Tharwa program for an unsecured credit card with a limit of up to 500 thousand Egyptian pounds, with the provision of financing programs for self-employed business owners that reach 4 million Egyptian pounds.
