In accordance with the Ministry’s vision to link education to the labor market through relying on technical education and improving its quality to graduate cadres and trained human resources that serve and achieve the goals of the State’s Sustainable Development Plan, it has been decided to open the e-coordination website for technical degree students to register their wishes from Tuesday, 3/9/2018 to Thursday 12/9/2018 according to the schedule.
● The dates of registration of students for their wishes on the electronic coordination website for students of technical certificates.
• Students register their interest through the online coordinating website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg for the period of Tuesday, 3/9/2019 through Thursday, 12/9/2019.
●Important instructions on the Electronic Formatting System:
• Students register their wishes using the student seat number and password and through the electronic coordination website on the web: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
• The service will be operated by computer transports in Egyptian universities during the period specified in the statement.
☆ Deadlines for submitting desires through the processing available at the universities
• These transactions are open from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon daily during the days of the phase.
• The student can also apply through any network-connected computer outside the universities and the site will be available for 24 hours throughout the days of the phase.
Note: – Entering or modifying wishes ends at 7 pm on the last day of the phase.
● Places to get electronic coordinating service:
• Computing rates in Egyptian universities and its affiliated colleges in different governorates.
• The student’s personal computer connected to the Internet.
● The advantages of e-format service:
• Instead of the hassle and hassle of moving from one province to another to submit papers for the parents of the students.
• The student records their wishes themselves and can review and print them with fewer data entry errors.
• Allows the student to modify wishes multiple times during his coordination period until the site is closed.
• Facilitate the student to identify and register wishes in a simple and convenient way, which prevents any errors as the calculator guides the student through the process of registering wishes.
• The student was able to get his nomination result from the online coordination website immediately after the results were announced.
● Important instructions for our students:
• This service allows you to modify the wishes at any time you want until the date of the site closure after reviewing the rules explained in the admission guide.
• You will have a list of the names of colleges and institutes that accept different certificates and you will have to choose your wishes.
• Discuss with your family to arrange your wishes carefully so that the choices you make are exactly similar to your wishes and overall.
• After you finish entering your wishes, you can print out the wishes you have entered and the program gives you a receipt with a specific number, a date with the date and time of your progress.
• If you modify your wishes several times (which is available to you), know that the computer will only save the last adjustment and will be coordinated according to the last adjustment you made.
● The steps that the student must follow to register through the electronic coordination website:
Firstly: Those who receive diplomas in technical schools in a (3 – 5) year system:
A- Student log in to the coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
It determines the type of qualification (Industrial / Commercial / Agricultural …. (Three years or five years).
B – The student enters with his sitting number in the certificate he obtained and writes his secret number that is listed in the success format as follows: (C / 000000)
C- A student is shown a confirmation statement with his trifling name and his sitting number restricted in the certificate of passing and he has to confirm the statement by pressing the key (yes).
D- The student keeps his/her secret number and the blogger constantly success to modify his/her wishes at any time and before the result is announced, where the student can log in several times to modify their wishes, this number represents the confidentiality of the data and no one is allowed to modify any of the blogged wishes.
Secondly: Those who receive diplomas from intermediate technical institutes, the system of “two years after high school”
1- The student log in to the coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
2- He identifies the type of eligibility, then enters his code number and then enters his password.
3- The student is shown a confirmation statement with his trifling name and the code number and he has to confirm the statement by pressing the key (next step).
4- The student keeps his/her code number and secret number to modify his/her wishes at any time until the site is closed and before the result is announced, where the student can log in several times to modify their wishes, and these two numbers represent the guarantee of the confidentiality of the data and not allowing anyone to modify any of the desires that have been logged.
5- The student records, reviews and prints their wishes themselves, where the last amendment the student recorded will be nominated.
☆ Rules of reducing overdose (transformations):
Conversion between the Colleges
• Through the website of the Coordination Office on the Internet, in accordance with the terms and regulations issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in this regard, containing the following: –
• Transforming landscapes is within the minimum sector and the ratio determined by the Supreme Council of Universities.
• Changing the scenery by the resignation of the minimum college to be transferred to and within the stipulated percentage.
• Adherence to the rules of geographical distribution.
• Conversion through the electronic coordination website only.
• There are no paper transfers.
• Transformation is only once.
• Appeal of the additional conditions of the college to be transferred to (such as passing the competency test).
• The difference between students is based on the total grades of the student.
☆ Conversion between high and medium institutes:
• The minimum limit of the institute to be transferred to is resigned and within the limits of the fixed ratio and absorbed energy.
