Ericsson extends collaboration with universities in Egypt to boost innovation and skills development

Ericsson is expanding its collaboration with universities in Egypt to accelerate innovation and contribute to the development of future technology leaders. The collaborations will offer students an opportunity to engage in joint graduation projects and postgraduate studies that align with cutting-edge research within Ericsson’s Research and Development (R&D) unit.
Highlighting Ericsson’s ongoing commitment to supporting education, research, and the technological ecosystem in the country, participating students will receive access to Ericsson’s advanced technology, mentorship, and supervision from Ericsson experts, gaining hands-on experience with advanced technology and the chance to contribute to impactful research.
Students participating in the program will gain access to Ericsson’s advanced technology platforms and tools, enabling them to work on real-world projects that align with the latest industry trends, and equipping them with the knowledge and skills that will enhance their career prospects.
Ericsson will engage with students and recent graduates across multiple key disciplines, including 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and network security. Through joint research projects, internships, academic programs, and specialized training sessions, Ericsson aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs.
