Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, stated that this morning he submitted the government’s resignation to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
The Prime Minister added that he was honored to be assigned by His Excellency the President to form the new government.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly said: I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President for renewing his confidence in assuming responsibility as Prime Minister for the coming period, and I pledge His Excellency to make the utmost efforts to serve the nation and its people.
The Prime Minister indicated that there are specific assignments from His Excellency the President in several areas, which will be implemented immediately upon completion of the new ministerial formation.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly thanked all his fellow ministers and governors, their deputies, and all members of the government for their strenuous efforts, under difficult circumstances and unprecedented challenges.
