Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decree with respect to the opening and closure times of stores and commercial shopping centers in winter, effective Friday September 27, 2024, The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ outlets and for audience-servicing as follow:
• Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: from 9:00 AM. to 09:30 PM.
• Thursday: From 9:00 AM. to 10:30 PM.
• Friday: From 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Whereas operators’ outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
